Established in 1999, Ningbo Jiaerling Pneumatic Machinery Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech designer and manufacturer of pneumatic components, a vice-president company of Sub-Association for Pneumatics, CHPSA, and listed as one of the “little giant” companies with high growth potential, advanced technologies and strong market competitive edge by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Besides, located in Ningbo Xikou Pneumatic Industrial Park and with a registered capital of 23 million yuan, over 48,000 square meters of workshops and more than 380 employees, the Company is one of the private enterprises that realized export trade at an earlier period and with a larger volume in the industry, with its products not only sold all over China but also exported to more than 50 countries and regions in Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, etc.

As an important member of the first matrix of national pneumatic industry in China, JELPC sticks to the strategy of “customizing pneumatic control technology solutions for global customers” and the operation philosophy of “replacing imports with independently-developed key pneumatic products”, and focuses on R&D of core components and parts in the miniaturized, integrated, smart, modularized pneumatic control system and executive system. Various products independently developed by the Company are used as the basic core components of intelligent manufacturing equipment, advanced transportation equipment, high-end medical instruments, precision instruments and other critical fields. They are widely applied in multiple industries like industrial automation, life and health, high-speed rail, new energy vehicles, etc., and adopted as the supporting products of some world Top 500 and large domestic listed companies. Especially, some of its products have been used as the supporting of the recovery system of Shanghai World Expo and the water supply & drainage system of “Bird’s Nest” and the “Water Cube” in Beijing Olympic.

The Company keeps carrying out long-term research cooperation with Zhejiang University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other well-known colleges & universities, and has deep cooperation with AIRTEC, the well-known German pneumatic manufacturer, in terms of R & D, sales, technologies and staff training. With a provincial-level high-tech enterprise R&D center and the post-doctoral workstation established, the Company is equipped with three-coordinates measuring, 3D projector, high-precision performance test bench, test bench for the reliability of pneumatic components as well as other comprehensive test benches. In addition, its annual R&D expenditure accounts for more than 5% of its annual turnover. At present, it has accumulated 57 invention patents, presided over or participated in the development and revision of 18 national standards and 5 industry (group) standards.
